Andrew would also like to follow up on the “low hanging fruit” and if there were moments throughout the week where we realise, this is a good low hanging fruit, I’m going to take this opportunity to “let go” and don’t suppress anything, maybe reminding our body to relax and see how many of these moments we are able to catch ” the low hanging fruit”
