A movement inquiry, incorporating explorations of breath, sound and movement. An elemental and evolutionary approach to movement, including perceptual practices of awareness in class and everyday life, …for sensuous support as we, linger in the darkness of not knowing … crossing thresholds of transformation in the body, movement and life.
Here, we will embrace a species-inclusive awareness, including and incorporating movement gestures from earlier times, nature’s infinite and exquisite gestures, remembering and reclaiming our timeless instinctual nature, …to meet these dark days of winter …and the darkness of these times.
An opportunity for weekly connection, diving together in the deep-end of life, welcomed by frequencies of a future calling us into becoming the human’s kind we are called to be. Where visceral joy and engagement with fierce and fiery forces of creation can find us resting in love’s embrace.
All bodies welcome!
When: 5 Sessions – Thursdays, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon November 20 – December 18, 2025

Parking on street and behind church.
Wear: Comfortable clothing you enjoy moving in.
Bring: Water bottle, journal, yoga mat and blanket, sitting cushions if desired.
